Internal bookkeeping application of Robicon Digital Ltd

Robicon books is software written for and operated by Robicon Digital Ltd for its own bookkeeping. It is used only by the company's owner and by the company's appointed accountant, and it is not licensed, sold or distributed to anyone else.

Use

• The company may use the application to read and reconcile its own financial records, including its QuickBooks Online company file.
• The accountant may use the company's portal to download the monthly accounting pack and its supporting documents.
• No other use is permitted.

Warranty and liability

The application prepares working papers. Every figure it produces is checked by a person before it is used in a filing; the company and its accountant remain responsible for the accounts. The application is provided as is, without warranty.

Disconnecting QuickBooks

The company can disconnect the application from QuickBooks Online at any time from the QuickBooks Apps page; the application then stops reading the company file and discards its access tokens.
