Internal bookkeeping application of Robicon Digital Ltd
Robicon books is an internal application used by Robicon Digital Ltd (the company) to prepare its own monthly accounting records and to share them with its accountant. It is not offered to the public and has no users outside the company and its accountant.
With the QuickBooks connection the application reads the company's own QuickBooks Online company file (invoices, credit notes, bills, payments, accounts) to check that the records match the source documents. It writes nothing to QuickBooks unless the company's owner explicitly approves a posting. Access tokens are stored on the company's own computer and are never shared.
On the company's own computer in the United Kingdom, and on the company's password-protected portal hosted by Vercel (Vercel Blob storage, private). Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or transferred to third parties other than the company's accountant.
Records are kept for the period UK tax law requires (six years). Anyone whose personal data appears in the company's records may ask the company to see, correct or delete it, subject to those legal retention duties, by writing to office@4boats.co.uk.

They are stored in a private store, seen only by Robicon Digital Ltd, never sold or shared, and deleted on request at office@4boats.co.uk.
